OFFICE ROMANCE - NETFLIX

Listen... I went into this one with absolutely zero expectations.

In fact, I was fully prepared to roll my eyes and add it to the growing list of forgettable rom-coms Netflix keeps throwing at us. And yes, part of me still wants to call it a cheesy rom-com because, well... it is. But you know what? I actually really enjoyed it.

Jennifer Lopez is effortlessly charming, Brett Goldstein brings that signature grumpy-but-lovable energy, and together they somehow make the whole thing work. The chemistry feels natural, the banter is fun, and the movie doesn't take itself too seriously—which is probably why it succeeds.

Is it groundbreaking cinema? No. Will it win awards? Probably not. Did I end up smiling, laughing, and having a genuinely good time? Absolutely.

Sometimes a movie doesn't need to reinvent the wheel. Sometimes you just want two attractive people with good chemistry, a little chaos, a few predictable moments, and a happy ending.

Office Romance delivered exactly that.

A pleasant surprise from someone who was fully expecting to hate it. The biggest plot twist wasn't the movie. It was me enjoying it
